Respected Sir,

It is our great pleasure to inform you that for the first time this organization is going to hold all Gujarat computer skill competition for blind 2016. As you are well aware the importance and need of computer in all phases of life. We feel deeply that blind should not be remain behind from normal stream, looking to this aspect this competition is being organized for the first time. Any other organization has not come forward up till now to hold such event in the filled of computer technology for the blind.

The motto of this competition to develop skill and mastery in computer by the blind people because it can help to generate new employment in various sectors like banking, telecom, railway, L.I.C. etc.

Sir, we like to inform you about the expenditure and other concerning facility to arrange this competition. We hope that nearly 100 participants are to be participated in 3 groups. There will be nearly 100 escorts with them also. So we require a big computer lab to a complies this competition. We hope that you will fulfill this requirement.

We are putting before you the financial demand for the same. The total expenditure for this competition might be approximately Rs.80,000.00. Other details are provided in separate proposal which is enclosed here with. Looking for your favorable reply in this regards.

Proposal

Particulars regarding financial requirement

  • To provide lodging and boarding facility to the 200 people for 2 days. (including escorts)
  • Evening meal, morning breakfast with tea, lunch and afternoon tea total expenditure Rs. 40,000.00
  • 3 Prizes to be given in each group and 5,000.00 rupees is to be require for each group thus 15,000.00 total expenditure.
  • Consolation prizes to all participants if possible. Approximately expenditure Rs. 15,000.00
  • Bed sets rent Rs.5,000.00 for the one night stay.
  • Transportation Misc. expenditure Rs.5,000.00

Total expense Rs. 80,000.00
